This notice sets out the trader information UK law requires us to make available to you, under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Companies Act 2006, separate from our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Trading name: Artisan Adventure Campervans. Registered company name: Artisan Adventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15124609. Registered office: Green Lane Farm, 16 Green Lane, Sowood, HX4 9JL.

3. VAT status

We are not currently VAT registered. Prices on our website do not include VAT. If this changes in future, we'll update this notice and our prices to show our VAT number and VAT-inclusive pricing.

4. Insurance and who we work with

Our campervans are insured through Allianz Insurance plc (motor insurance, policy 26/BV/29417950/03). We hold £5,000,000 of public and products liability insurance with the Salvation Army General Insurance Corporation Limited (Sagic), and breakdown cover through Call Assist Limited. Our insurance is arranged through Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers Limited. We are not ourselves a Financial Conduct Authority-regulated firm, we're a customer of regulated insurers and brokers.

5. Prices

Prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, in line with Section 3 above, don't currently include VAT. The security deposit and any extras or additional charges under our Terms & Conditions are always shown separately before you complete your booking.

If something goes wrong, contact us first at artisanadventureltd@outlook.com so we can try to put it right. For independent advice on your consumer rights, contact Citizens Advice or the Competition and Markets Authority. This notice doesn't affect your statutory rights.
